Start with your HR team

Your MyKerja account is created and managed by your employer. For anything about your login, leave balance, payslips or claims, your company's HR or admin team can help fastest.

We aim to reply within 2 business days. Please include your company name, your device model, and a short description (a screenshot helps).

Common questions

I can't log in. Make sure your employer has activated your account, and check your email and password. If it still fails, contact your HR team.
I forgot my password. Use the reset option on the login screen, or ask your HR/admin to resend your invite.
My payslip or leave looks wrong. These are managed by your employer — please raise it with your HR team.
